I'm a wimp - a coward at times - and I have a low tolerance for pain. Not a good combination when you're trying to loose stubborn flab.

But I took a pilates class at the gym last night, and it was JUST what I needed. A trainer who had no mercy, gave me individualized attention when I needed it and she looks AMAZING, so I know she practices what she preaches!
I've been "too busy" to work out for 3 months now, and my body is showing it. It's time to get back in gear and reach those goals that I set for myself way back.
I am determined.

Hey! We haven't been to the Holocaust Museum yet, but we too heard it was a must see. We did go to the Smithsonian American Art Museum and that was really, really great. The cherry blossoms aren't out yet either. It has been unusually cold here (according to the news people) and so they wont come out for a few more weeks. Just in time for the Cherry Blossom Festival I guess... :)
